1. Terms of Service

By downloading our application or accessing the LetMePark website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Parking Service

LetMePark facilitates automatic entry and payment at partner parking garages. You are responsible for ensuring that your vehicle license plate and payment method are up to date and correct in the app. LetMePark is not liable for parking tickets resulting from incorrect data registration.

3. Automatic Payments and Billing

Upon registration, you authorize LetMePark to bill your selected payment method for any parking sessions initiated under your registered license plates. Invoices are compiled monthly and made available in the application dashboard.

4. Limitation of Liability

LetMePark acts as an intermediary connecting car systems, users, and parking operators. We are not responsible for any damage to vehicles, theft, or personal injury occurring within partner parking facilities.
